Introduction to Bossing and Player versus Monster (PvM)

Hi, as a suggestion from Chesty.  She was interested in possibly starting a PvM group inside the clan.  As an avid slayer and bosser I volunteered to her to run the group.
This group is going to be ran by Me and the other avid pvmers in the clan. (The group is new so no one else stepped forward )
I hope to organize and efficiently teach everyone from low experience and high experience the wide range of bosses we have in Runescape.
The goal of the group is to get everyone involved and teach the methods of how to kill each boss from the King Black Dragon to Yakamaru.
Low level bosses will be used to learn how to rotate abilitys, stall adrenaline, and to learn gear switches.
Medium level bosses will used to coordinate teams and learn how to Dps/Mage, Range and Melee tank/and Voke, aggroing.
High level bosses such as Nex/Vorago and finally Raids will be used to learn positioning and teamwork.

To gauge everyones experience.  I would love if everyone could put down.
1. How long they have Bossed/PvM (Slayer counts)
2.Combat levels/ Gear levels so I can organize teams and the like.
3.Time zone, so I organize times and the like so no one is left out.
4.Preferences to roles/ what you want to get out of it.
5.What you want to get out of the group.
6. Finally last but not least, I want to know what goals each of you have so we as a team can help reach them!

1. PvM - Two years but slayer only, very little bossing
2. 136 combat, T80 armor all around, drygore maces for melee, RCB for range, armadyl staff for mage, 99 in all combat stats beside prayer (95) and summoning (84), only 84 herblore

4. DPS. Tanking stresses me out too much
5. Fun & money to get the stats to have more fun
6. Get enough money for 96/99 herblore and 99 summoning, get top tier gear, learn how to boss without getting super stressed out

1. lots of slayer, some bossing with kk/gwd/qbd
2. 138- tier 80 mage/ranged, tier 90 melee- full ports sets and some virt/torva

1. Alot of Pvming (99 Slayer) and some Bossing, mostly GWD.
2. 138 combat, T80,85,90 armour and weapons. 99 summoning, herblore and prayer.

4. DPS, but can try tanking if needed.
5. Experience, thrills and ofcource sweet coin.
6. Becomming familiar with all the bosses Runescape has to offer us.

Let's slay some dirty beasts

1. Been doing slayer since I became a member, 26m xp and running. As far as bossing goes I'm not the most experienced player out there. I've got the technical skill to do stuff like Araxxor at 200% rage, but I'll still take a couple of runs to properly pick up the mechanics of a new boss if it's somewhat complicated, of course. I can do Araxxor, Corporeal Beast, QBD, some experience with Nex but not nearly enough to be confident, as well as any of the "lesser" bosses (GWD, KQ, Mole, etc).
2. Combatant Cape reppin'. 138 Combat, as well as 99 herb. T85 Armours, T80 weapons plus Drygores.
3. GMT+10, Eastern Australia.
4. Not fussed which role I'm put in, but my better armour is tank armour, don't have T80 power armour.
5. What I want... experience with higher tier bosses, maybe even raids eventually. As well as the obvious: Moneyyyy, oh, and I suppose the company is generally pretty sweet too
6. Pretty much what I said above, I guess. Eventually just becoming a competent enough PvM'er to do any boss, and getting rich in the process, keep me from having nothing to do later on in runescape. Oh, and getting my T90 weapons is definitely on the to-do list after all my buyable skills.

1.) 500+ Vorago kills / 1500 + kk kills / 500 + nex kills, all roles, all bosses.
2.) maxed, all t90 maxed gear.

4.) i mainly do vorago, i love bomb tanking, and i like base tanking, with good enough team, nihil dps bomb. i want a vitalis :c c: :c c:
